One of my favorite T.V. shows is Last Man Standing, which focuses on the Christian and Conservative character Mike Baxter and his three daughters.
Here’s the main cast: Tim Allen as Mike Baxter, the Christian-Conservative director of marketing at his company, Outdoor Man. His favorite daughter is Eve (you’ll soon see why). Uses a blog at Outdoor Man to help promote his Conservative ideas.
Nancy Travis as Vanessa Baxter, Mike’s wife, who is a geologist. She kept her political view a secret until she endorsed Hillary Clinton for president.
Amanda Fuller as Kristen Baxter, Mike’s liberal eldest daughter, who gets pregnant with her son Boyd in High School. She later reconciles with and marries the father, Ryan.
Molly Ephraim as Mandy Baxter, Mike’s middle daughter who has no interest in studies but is very creative. Very fashionable, and dates Kyle.
Kaitlyn Dever as Eve Baxter, the youngest daughter and Mike’s favorite one. She is a Conservative, just like her father, and involved in athletics.
Christoph Sanders as Kyle Anderson, the clueless personal secretary to Edward Alzate at Outdoor Man, who dates Mandy.
Hector Elizondo as Edward “Ed” Alzate, Mike’s boss at Outdoor Man. Shares Mike’s Conservative values, but is divorced four times.
Flynn Morrison as Boyd Baxter, Kristen and Ryan’s son.
Jordan Masterson as Ryan Vogelson, Boy’s father and antagonist to Mike. He is a liberal atheist, contrasting with Mike’s beliefs. He initially fled when Boyd was born, but came back to Kristen.
Jonathan Adams as Chuck Larabee, Mike’s neighbor and a retired marine.
Last Man Standing is a hilarious T.V. show with so many interesting characters, and is one of the best things T.V. has to offer in my opinion.
